Bill Carozza, Ed. D. has been employed in schools for nearly 40 years, 13 as a classroom teacher and 26 as an elementary and middle school principal. During his principal years, he was an adjunct professor at New England College, UNH, and Keene State College. He retired from the principalship in June 2022, worked a full year as a consultant, and began teaching full-time at Keene State College last year where he teaches undergraduates and graduates in the Education Department. He has served as President and Executive Director of NHASCD and a Senior Consultant for the Center for School Climate and Learning. Bill and his wife Marie have three children and two grandchildren.
